Thought I had been zapped over to AZ but nope this is the midwest USA and it isn’t even 2 pm yet!
UPDATE: Ok, it’s 2:25 and it’s 99 degrees feels like 119. It will get hotter as the afternoon goes on, the excessive heat warning lasts until tomorrow at 8pm. It only got to about 96 feels like 112 yesterday.

I’m staying in the house in the AC!! Will be pretty warm tomorrow too but this dramatically lowers back the lower 80’s on Saturday. Whew.

That’s a drastic difference! It feels the same when it rains here. Uncomfortably warm and humid to pleasant in a single moment! Bet you’re looking forward to Saturday…

I don’t know about you, but I officially hate this summer! We’ve been hot as the hinges of Hell for like 6 weeks without a drop of rain. My grass is crunchy, my low maintenance flowers aren’t, and I am ready for fall!!!!

yeah, I don’t usually but this year, yeah. Ryan Hall, Y’all XTRA on yourtube has some info on the weather pattern we are in and when it will cool off and should be getting rain. We are in an El Niño weather pattern this year 😦 that means hot hot hot.
